Overview
An automated decision proposal requires explicit policy authority, bounded conditions and an explainable reason. It must not be confused with sending a review request automatically.
Key concepts
Record rule version, evaluated inputs and outcome. Route uncertain or out-of-policy cases to an authorized human review.
Implementation considerations
No automated approval engine is active. Financial authority and override controls require separately approved implementation and testing.
Illustrative data model
This local fixture shows a possible representation for the concepts above. It is not an endpoint response, production configuration or a claim that the described capability is implemented.

}Design review checklist
- Document which organization owns the automated approvals representation and which actor may view or change it.
- Test the boundaries of rule id, approval id, decision, version using synthetic values, including missing or inconsistent references.
- Before future implementation, obtain an approved contract and review failure behavior. This documentation does not authorize production activation.
Proposed data types

| approval_id | string | Stable fictional approval reference; not a secret and not evidence that a resource exists. |
| decision | string | Illustrative review outcome; pending is not a completed approval. |
| version | integer | Illustrative resource revision for detecting stale updates; no live concurrency contract is published. |
