Overview
OAuth 2.0 is an authorization framework for delegated access. A future authorization-code design would distinguish the application, consenting user, redirect URI and resulting access grant.
Key concepts
Use state for request correlation and consider PKCE for public clients. Consent describes an access grant, not permission to move money without business authorization.
Implementation considerations
No authorization URL or token server is available. Do not start consent flows or collect provider credentials based on the illustrative grant structure.
Illustrative data model
This local fixture shows a possible representation for the concepts above. It is not an endpoint response, production configuration or a claim that the described capability is implemented.

}Design review checklist
- Document which organization owns the oauth 2.0 representation and which actor may view or change it.
- Test the boundaries of client id, redirect uri, scope, grant type using synthetic values, including missing or inconsistent references.
- Before future implementation, obtain an approved contract and review failure behavior. This documentation does not authorize production activation.
Proposed data types
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| client_id | string | Stable fictional client reference; not a secret and not evidence that a resource exists. |
| redirect_uri | string | Reserved redirect example; no consent flow or callback executes. |
| scope | array<string> | Illustrative minimum-access grant names, not issued or finalized production scopes. |
| grant_type | string | OAuth design value only; no authorization server or exchange is available. |
