Overview
Development, fixture testing and a future sandbox have different purposes. Local fixtures test representation handling; an eventual sandbox would test a separately implemented service with non-production data.
Key concepts
Keep environment identifiers explicit and isolate fixture records from production import paths. Synthetic examples should be recognizable as examples in logs and exported files.
Implementation considerations
There is no working Remizen API sandbox in this documentation. Do not point examples at application hosts or connect local tests to customer databases.
Illustrative data model
This local fixture shows a possible representation for the concepts above. It is not an endpoint response, production configuration or a claim that the described capability is implemented.

}Design review checklist
- Document which organization owns the development environments representation and which actor may view or change it.
- Test the boundaries of environment, fixture id, base url using synthetic values, including missing or inconsistent references.
- Before future implementation, obtain an approved contract and review failure behavior. This documentation does not authorize production activation.
Proposed data types
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| environment | string | Documentation-only environment label. No hosted sandbox or production API is available. |
| fixture_id | string | Stable fictional fixture reference; not a secret and not evidence that a resource exists. |
| base_url | string | Reserved illustrative origin; never replace it with an application host or production credential. |
