Google Workspace Integration — Proposed Guide

Overview
A possible Google Workspace design would define a narrow directory or notification use case. Workspace identity, document access and Remizen finance access are different permissions.
Key concepts
Select the smallest approved scope and match stable organizational identities. Separate service ownership from individual user consent.
Implementation considerations
No Workspace authorization or file access is activated. Do not treat a domain name as proof of permission to read employee or financial records.
Illustrative data model
This local fixture shows a possible representation for the concepts above. It is not an endpoint response, production configuration or a claim that the described capability is implemented.

}Design review checklist
- Document which organization owns the google workspace integration representation and which actor may view or change it.
- Test the boundaries of provider tenant id, user id, scope, external id using synthetic values, including missing or inconsistent references.
- Before future implementation, obtain an approved contract and review failure behavior. This documentation does not authorize production activation.
